Yuzhu Zeng is a Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science at Claremont Graduate University and TRC research fellow, focusing on International Relations and Comparative Politics. Her dissertation discusses how political capacity affects the migration trajectory at the subnational level in China. Her research interests include governments' political capacity, relations between the U.S. and China, the impact of inequality in the developing world, and demographics within a subnational framework. She obtained an MBA from the University of La Verne and received her M.A in International Studies from Claremont Graduate University.
